I hired Xterior Specialists, LLC to repair the brick portion of my garage wall. David immediately responded to my inquiry, and he showed up on-time for our consultation. He provided a timely, written quote thereafter. The work was slightly delayed due to weather and the availability of matching brick for the job, but David and his brother-in-law, Luis, remained in constant communication with me throughout the delays. Luis and his assistant showed up on-time to complete the job, and their work was thorough. The garage wall portion they repaired looked better than the original work! They also installed an ice and water shield and metal wall ties to ensure that the new bricks tied securely onto our existing wall. I am completely satisfied with the work performed, and I will definitely keep Xterior Specialists, LLC in mind for future projects.

First, David worked with me to accommodate me in financing the roofing and gutters that were in desperate need of replacement. He was always punctual, responsive and respectful. As a homeowner and a woman, I find that I am frequently talked down to and patronized. (Contractors, please answer my questions and don’t talk to me about your many years in the business and how you know what you are doing. ) David was consistent in his relationship with me. I had just finished another major home project that soured quickly. The quality of their finished work did not meet my expectations and their response was like night and day compared to Xterior Specialists. David ensured that all my requests were met and his team completed the work without delays. David pointed out a serious problem with a buckling wall that other roofers had failed to notice or point out to me. His team included that repair with the new roof. They took videos of the progress on the roof tear off and new replacement so I could see the scope of their work. I was pleased.
