How do on-site estimates work?
Book an on-site estimate by calling (773) 454-3914 or sending a request through our website. There's a $50 booking fee, which is credited toward the job if you hire us. We inspect, take photos, and give you a written estimate with honest recommendations. Active leaks get priority scheduling.
What areas do you serve?
The Chicagoland area: Chicago (including Pilsen and Little Village) and the west and southwest suburbs, including Berwyn, Cicero, Oak Park, La Grange, Brookfield, Riverside, Oak Lawn, Summit, and Lyons. See all service areas.
Should I repair or replace my flat roof?
It depends on what we find. Seam, flashing, and drain problems on a roof that's otherwise sound can usually be repaired. If the insulation underneath is wet, there are already too many layers, or the membrane is failing everywhere, a tear-off and new modified bitumen roof is the better money. Do you do tuckpointing and parapet walls?
